• +50% Attack Speed is very good for Attack damage carries, it provides excellent attack speed boost
• The passive ability: shredding 6% of target's armor for 6 seconds for 8 stacks provides 6% x 8 = 48% reduction in target's armor, providing a very strong armor penetration against opponents
• More of a late game item, where enemies built armor, this armor penetration item is important
• Build other weapon power and more attack speed to achieve a stronger effect
• Overall: Powerful item and a must get for ADCs, 4th or 5th item to build
